I love being able to collaborate with new ladies and furthering not only my portfolio; but also my experience, knowledge and dynamic. Each person is different to work with and I feel that as I shoot with a more eclectic range of persons, my comfort level will continue to grow.

Toxic and I had tentiviely planned to shoot while Reed and I were in Portland, Oregon. All of this was being sorted out while neither of us were in the Pacific Northwest. I was in Southern California at home and Toxic was on vacation in Hawaii. She did not know if she was going to be able to make it back to Portland in time for us to be able to collaborate. Thankfully she did!

One of the last days Reed and I were in the Pacific Northwest we coordinated a get together between us, Darryl Darko and Toxic. We all met at Darryl's house; I shot with Toxic as Reed shot in his room in front of his massive Instax wall! It was a fun experience, being down the hall from a fellow photographer, loudly chatting back and forth between the four of us.

I decided to edit these in monochrome simply because of how beautiful they look and how amazing the contrast is between the shadows and highlights. The original preview I sent to Toxic was in color and looking back on that photo now I am even more pleased that this set is being release to you in monochrome. Enjoy!
