In fact it is quite the opposite, it is coming back in full force! I have began to explore many different types of film. My next endeavor I would like to see myself take on is medium format. Is it time for another new toy?

Yes, definitely. I've picked up some vintage cameras that use 120 and 620 film. Can't wait to try them out.

I've heard of Mamiya, but can't say I know much about them. They're fairly new, aren't they?

Mamiya has been around for quite some time actually! 1940 to be exact. They've always stuck to medium format cameras I believe. They're new medium format digitals start at about $15,000!
