Based on the poll winner. Opening this to all for more feedback. While I think it looks good, it doesn't really look great. Considering it takes about 10x the rendering, it's not really worth finishing until I can get something that definitively looks better than what I can make in SFM. Let me know what you think.

Yeah that's the other problem with Blender. I kind of wanted to do a Krogan for Omega. But I'll have to port them to Blender, tediously set up the IK rig, and then have to properly attach on the monster dong. And that's while trying learn to animate in the program. It's all a bit overwhelming.

It looks alright. Main think that still stand out too me is femshep skins looks really red. Maybe it's lighting?

Yes, that is the lighting. I used one red light to help fill out the scene and look more like Omega, although I don't know that it's working well enough.
