Native HDR and Color Banding Fix for Starfield (Patreon)

Hey! If any of you have HDR monitors and are playing Starfield, you'll probably want to use this. I couldn't get into the game without trying to get some sort of better HDR working because it really does not look good on an OLED screen in vanilla.

It's still not a real, full HDR solution, as it's still essentially an AutoHDR thing, but the linked shaders are quite a bit better than the Windows AutoHDR solution (which doesn't work on Steam by default anyway).

Do read the instructions carefully as it's not a plug and play solution.

EDIT: As of the newest update, it can be used by non-HDR users as well! It will fix color banding issues.
