well, one month to make two characters like I've been doing, one with T pose model the other without, at this level of detail and content. It varies.

I just image search, or look for inspiration from artists I follow on twitter. I have many references and I mix styles. If a single style is the inspiration then I credit the author. If its an OC I ask for permission before doing anything.
