Not Hat Compatible, why? When I frankenmesh (mixing 2-3 meshes to create a hairstyle) I run out of texture space, so I move the extra texture in the hat UV section. I choose quality over hat compatibility, which is better than having a bad, repetitive, and flat-looking texture. There's nothing to be fixed, nothing is broken, if you don't like having a mesh with not-hat compatibility, you can bin the files.
