In a slight change of plan this week, I’m delighted to announce our two new One-Pagers: Urban Locale #11: Derelict Building and Urban Locale #12: Pawn Shop. Both of these locales could serve as a backdrop to an interesting encounter or an adventure hook. Many things can lie hidden and not-so-hidden in a derelict building, and a character could easily buy something at a pawn shop that propels them into an exciting adventure!

In any event, I hope you can find a place for these books in your GM’s folder.

Also this week, we have your free and exclusive mini-eventure. You’ll find it attached to this message. It’s available in 5e, OSR and Pathfinder 1 editions—download as many as you would like!

Ask Me (Almost) Anything

I thought it might be fun to do an Ask Me (Almost) Anything-style series of posts at the Gameatory

Are you curious about my design philosophy or my crazed obsession with notebooks? Have you got a burning question about the business of third-party publishing? Did you want to know something about my campaign? Leave your questions below, and I'll do my best to answer it over the coming weeks.

Where’s My Stuff?

By the time you read this, everyone at the $2 and up levels should have a message from me containing the special secret download codes for this week’s books. Drop them into your browser, and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, send me a message, and I’ll sort it out for you.

Thank You

As always, thank you for supporting Raging Swan Press. Your support is instrumental in keeping the lights at Global HQ, and I am tremendously grateful you are here reading this!

Finally, it should come as no surprise at all that Everything is Better with Tentacles—particularly things lurking in derelict buildings that are best left well alone…)

AMA: I know you've spoken about this before but what are your favourite pen and pencil? Do you use a mechanical pencil at all?
