Wandering monsters seem to have fallen out of fashion in recent editions of my favourite game. In the good old days, every dungeon—and sometimes dungeon level—had a table to roll on for wandering monsters. I love the unpredictability adding wandering monsters into your game provides. Wandering monsters also add an extra level of realism to our games. This can only be a good thing.

Thus—behold—Dungeon Dressing: Wandering Monsters! Available in 5e, OSR, Pathfinder 1 and Pathfinder 2 editions this book gives you the tools to make your random encounters more interesting and believable. I hope you like it.

Where's My Stuff?

By the time you get this, you should have a message from me containing the special secret download codes for this week's book and this week's Monstrous Lair reissue. (Monstrous Lair 07: Giant Spider's Web benefits from our new updated layout and text file enhancement.) Just drop them into your browser and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, drop me a line and I'll sort it out for you.

Thank You

Thank you for supporting Raging Swan Press on Patreon. Your support has enabled us to survive the recent (and ongoing) unpleasantness. You help us to do what we love—create flavoursome and detailed supplements designed to help you (and me) run campaigns with less hassle and stress. I hope they make your games better. Thank you.

Finally, it should come as no surprise at all that Everything is Better with Tentacles—particularly all things that wander in dungeons (perhaps also including the characters…) and spiders
