This week, we emerge from the dungeon and into the town with GM's Miscellany: Towns & Cities. This compilation work—available in 5e, OSR, Pathfinder 1 and Pathfinder 2 editions—features all the recent Urban Dressing instalments.

This compilation is similar to GM’s Miscellany: Urban Dressing II (previously available in Pathfinder 1 and System Neutral editions) but features a better, cleaner layout and new art, and benefits from two additional editing passes.

Upgrades to Henchfolk and Member of the Party Tiers

I’ve upgraded the Henchfolk and Member of the Party tiers. Now patrons at both tiers get a free all-access account to the Gameatory—my blog—and membership of the Gameatory’s exclusive Slack channel.

New or existing henchfolk or Members of the Party can simply sign up for a free Gameatory account, before letting me know what email address you’d like me to add to our Slack channel. I’ll add upgrade your Gameatory account and add you to the Slack within 24 hours! I hope to see you there.

Other News

I have received my proof copy of The Lonely Coast (5e) and my initial review has spotted no errors. I’ve got one more pass to do, but everything is looking good for a mid-August release date!

Where's My Stuff?

As always, by the time you get this patrons at the $5 and up levels should have a message from me containing the special secret download code for this book. Just drop it into your browser and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, drop me a line and I'll sort it out for you.

The Gameatory

This week on the Gameatory, I ponder what lies in the mist, reveal a new plot hook: the Funeral Procession of the Vaunted Company and later today talk about good book design.

Many of my posts at the Gameatory are for everyone. A few—mainly pertaining to things my players should not know—are member-only. Sign up for a paid account to see everything (including insights and secrets about the Ashland campaign setting) and join our exclusive Slack channel. I hope to see you there!

Thank You

Thank you for helping Raging Swan Press survive the pandemic, and for helping us do what we love. My campaign is immeasurably better as a result of your support, and I hope yours is as well.

Have an epic weekend, and remember: Everything is Better with Tentacles—particularly towns and cities (and—of course—their docks and sewers…)
