Mercifully, this is the last time I will assail you before Christmas! Behold the second AMA in which I answer four more of your questions (and ask YOU a question as well). While the lights are still on at Global HQ, I'm essentially giving up for Christmas. I'm not sure on my exact work schedule, but if you have any problems with any of this year's download codes don't hesitate to drop me a line. My response times might be slightly slower than normal, but I will reply.

Thank you for your ongoing support. It is awesome and you are enabling us to do amazing things. We've got some new product lines, and more adventures, coming next year, and I can't wait to share them with you!
