Pingua and Ogami, both in human form, are cuddling on a bed. Pingua, the big spoon, would have one arm wrapped around Shirou, and the other in petting his head, his head buried in Shirou's neck. Shirou would be grabbing Pingua's arm that's wrapped around him with his hand, his other arm laid off to the side.
