Basically, the current game takes too much time to do for the game time people get out of it.

Most people would only view each lewd animation once then stop playing altogether.
If I was to add all the reapers with a good amount of positions, it would take years to finish which is just unrealistic and not worth it if most people are done with the game quickly.

It's honestly more realistic to strip the game down to just Vel.
But even if it's just 1 character, the game still needs actual gameplay so people get more out of the game instead of it just being an animation player you'll only look at once.

My original idea for the game is to simulate living with a reaper so the logical way of adding gameplay is by realizing that.
Adding more activities you can do to make it feel like you're living an actual life with Vel instead of just having sex.
The different positions would also need to be unlocked through this gameplay, so people would spend more time in the game instead of just being able to choose whichever position from the very start.

What do you think about this and the game as a whole tho?
Honestly, if there are not a lot of people interested, I don't think I should put a lot more work into the game.
I still would finish it as I don't want to abandon projects. It's just a matter of how much should be added to it.

Extra Topic
There's also the topic of having the same characters in multiple games.
If you already experienced lewds with the reapers on AGRSS, what would be the difference in being able to lewd them on a different game?
With AGRSS and CRIMR, there's at least a difference in art style.
But if I make more games with the same reapers in the usual anime style, they would start feeling repetitive when it comes to lewds.
Unless you just want more games with them even without lewds ('-')?

Yea adding something like patting her or playing simple games (dunno like your protect the loli game?) to increase affection would be nice, like more affection=more reactions from lewds (facial expressions and moans)

Well, honestly, there are many elements missing to make it look like a simulator. Maybe add elements like hunger, sleep and boredom. Personally, I wouldn't mind waiting longer for them to be implemented because I know it will be a great job.

I kinda liked the animation showcase tho ngl having more positions and such would be nice i just wish it was on Android. But i knlw thats really hard to implement.

I absolutely love the game already and adding more things to do would be very fun. Maybe adding some dialogue to certain things would be fun. Wouldn't need a voice just the pop up of it during certain interactions?

I like the game that are "show case" style, but adding an extra is always cool! Some sort of day progress or milestone (like, buy a new game to unlock a scene related to that). In any case, I don't mind how much it would take, since your works looks always amazing!❤🙏

It would still have the animation showcase aspect. The point is adding gameplay to make players work to unlock all of them. Instead of just having every position from the start and making players bored once they've seen all of them. It's not on android yet because it's still lacking main features. It would be a waste of time if the game needs to be reworked for android because a major mechanic is added. It's not as simple as just exporting it to android as the game would need a dedicated control ui for mobile.

I already plan to make more games with my other characters, but AGRSS needs to be finished first.

That's the question, isn't it? Currently it's just a somewhat interactive animation. Could make it more game-like with other mechanics and features, but I imagine scope creep would quickly become an issue on top of the new animations your making for CRIMR. I'm far more invested in AGRSS, but that's just my opinion. Try not to burn yourself out by trying to handle too much!

My thoughts on CRIMR: I like the idea of the game being just about Vel and I like the idea of unlocking different positions as you progress through the "story". My thoughts on Extra topic: Indeed, seeing the same characters over and over in multiple games could result in something you've already seen, and that wouldn't be good. I believe that the characters, once they have had their say, should rightly disappear and perhaps return as a cameo. More games with them without lewdness no....

But, if this game had an distinctive gameplay loop, like you said a slice of life simulator. Then it would be much more interesting for me, considered the slice of life part itself is well designed, the idea is definitely cute. These are just my two cents, but i would continue with just vel since you juggle multiple projects, You could also revisit the concept with another reaper if a gap in the roadmap comes up. You could also throw up a poll and read it out a month later or so i suppose. Me personally am much more eager to see the writing (and ofc reapers) of AGRSS. "same reapers in multiple games" Usually you would have some plot twists or character developements in this situation right? Having some amount of influence on a reapers sexual behaviour or following a fixed route of sexual developement, being able to put the sex into diffent types of context or charge it with unusual emotions through story developement. I think things like these could keep lewds fresh. a game without lewds? considering this is a lewds brand the reactions would be quite mixed i think. But if you would, say, leave people thirsty for more after they got a taste of the character writing and world building... then things could be turned to your favor definitely. Also really depends on how much work you want to put into writing. Hope this helps in some way, good luck and dont forget to have fun!

Honestly I really enjoy crimr but I think it would be too much to ask to see you work on two games at the same time. I understood crimr as more of a side project to decompress for you. So I have no expectations on regular updates.

Honestly, from my standpoint you’re completely correct. I’ve been more looking forward to seeing what you do with AGRSS than CRIMR. I played one of the builds for CRIMR and I feel like there wouldn’t be too much more to add other than more animations because you’d have to find a way to squeeze in the dialogue options and other activities to make them feel cohesive. AGRSS is much more fleshed out and feels more satisfying to play overall with it’s interesting story and beautiful art style (not to discredit your amazing pixel art)

From a game design perspective, I totally see what you mean, but honestly I love still playing the game as it is and looking at the sprite work! For me it definitely hasn't been a "look at it once and never play it again" type of deal. I definitely open it up every now and then and CRIMR updates are ones that I look forward to a lot. I think adding more characters is still an awesome idea along with the immersion aspect of living live together with them, but I also have no idea how much effort needs to actually go into a new character and each position, etc.

I think more locations might be a good way to add content, like a pool or beach. Another idea is adding different POVs for animations, like MC's view, Vel's view, or a different floating point like we have already

Not against it, but that's not as easy as it sounds. And even if I plan to add other characters, the game still needs to be expanded as I mentioned rather than just an animation viewer.

i considered CRIMR an extension of AGRSS, since ofc it subtly explains and adds substance to one of the main plotlines for the vn. So maybe diff lewds should be unlocked behind certain progression points of the story, and maybe every char should have their own room/atmosphere that adds to their personality/character, but that might take more work, ^^'
