Yay, they made it! I wonder who brought Saki home.

I'd venture a guess: Aya came to when she floated to the surface along with the other two of them, just like last time this happened (note 1), either Aya towed them to shore or Aya revived Chihaya and they together towed Saki to shore; either Chihaya came to on her own, by Aya's efforts, or (least likely) hospitalized, Saki, for some strange reason, either not hospitalized like Chihaya was she was nearly drowned OR hospitalized but released while still unconscious; Mr. Izau (possibility, but unlikely) brought Saki to the place she and her brother? (note 2) are staying for the their trip from the states', BUT neither Mr. Izau, nor either of the girls even have her first name, but do have her last name, in the likely event she's still using her father's family name (she was wearing her father's dog tags, after all.), OR (honestly more likely) the hospital staff/village police tracked down the identity of their "Jane Doe" (Actually "Jane Walters," only last name was known, she never told any of the girls her first name (or anything else) and either A. a member of the hospital staff/local authority figure OR (really much less likely) Mr. Izau) brought her to where she's staying. (Let's face it; while it doesn't come across due to the nature of the art, Saki is white, and everybody else is Japanese; there's aren't really all that many westerners on Miyoko Island.)

Note 1: in "5 Minute Summer," there 'was' a black page right after they lost their air at about ~2 ft depth but before they surfaced (immediately fully awake) - depending on your interpretation, they could have become unconscious then too. Second, who wants to guess how many other times one or the other (or both) of them may have blacked out in the many nameless adventures that have taken place over the last two years?

Note 2: Saki has a brother?!? Since when did she have ANYBODY in her life she cared about other than her late father? (Nearly all context makes that rather clear.)

And how the heck does the new brother have a Japanese name? Unless he somehow got it at the same time Saki did. I'm assuming that Saki called him that for the same reason she prefers her Japanese name; he likely calls her by her western name. Also, I'm presuming that, unlike all previous pages in the series, which were in-universe in Japanese, translated to English by convention, this page is actually in English in-universe? (Since they're both from the US, and haven't spent a lot of time in Japanese-speaking area recently, I presume they would use their normal language when talking to each other.)
