Freediver Chihaya is testing her underwater buoyancy. No need for those bulky weight bags or belts - as Chihaya is doing here, you can stay neutrally buoyant at 20 meters deep if you are lean, muscular, and properly trained. Depriving your lungs of excess air and keeping them deflated also helps.
