Introducing Cobalt Premium (Patreon)

We are launching a new program under the name of Cobalt Premium. Our highly talented designated colorist, Rou Romario, will take commissions from you  and will color any black-and-white works of savaster that have been submitted here on Patreon. The fee is $20 apiece and the lot is 10 pieces max per month. 

Some ground rules:

- We will take coloring requests from not just the Cobalt Plus members but from all $5 members that have full viewing access to savaster Patreon site. 

 - Completed colored works of art shall only be posted in savaster's "Community" tab and are not to be taken and reposted elsewhere.  

- The commission fees shall be sent by you patrons directly to Rou Romario's Paypal account rouromario271@gmail.com. In another words, savaster will not make any direct profit off of this arrangement.
