"ragol" plugin now available (64bit VST3 + AU) (Patreon)

put this one together overnight last night. i wanted a tool to quickly put together multilayered highly resonant pink noise patches (as commonly heard in PSO1, Metroid Prime, etc), so here's that. no save or load xmlpreset functions or anything like that here, this just does what it does, nothing more, nothing less. don't have any documentation for it, but probably will eventually.

ONLY 64BIT VST3 AND AUDIO UNITS ARE OFFERED. NO 32BIT OR VST2 DUE TO STEINBERG NOT OFFERING THOSE LICENSES. PUBLISHING VSTs WITHOUT A LICENSE IS AGAINST THE TERMS OF THE SDK.  YOU MAY BE ABLE TO USE THE VST3s IN 64BIT VST2 CLIENTS BY RENAMING THE ".VST3" FILES TO ".DLL" DUE TO SOME PLUGINS BEING HYBRIDIZED BY SYNTHEDIT. I CANNOT SPEAK FOR PERFORMANCE ON MAC, SO CONSIDER ALL AU VERSIONS TO HAVE POTENTIAL ISSUES.

remember that VST3 has a standardized path - THIS IS PART OF THE SDK. i CANNOT CHANGE THIS: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
