a free new VST for you: stinkbug (Patreon)

note - this isn't the VST from the last post! i have somehow assembled four VSTs since then, and this is one of them - it's a weirdo for sure.
meet stinkbug! stinkbug is an experimental frequency and phase modulation synthesizer in 64bit vst2 format (i cannot support anything else due to synthedit limitations, period, full stop, no questions asked). it's primarily for sound design, but can be musical if you want.
it's three operators - a carrier up top, and two modulators down below. the modulators are special in that they are run through a delay+feedback (not FM/PM feedback - just audio feedback!) circuit before modulating the carrier signal. this results in chaotic harmonics, especially when adjusting the delay time or highly resonant frequency cutoffs.
here's how the sections are broken up - good luck! this is a prototype synth and there are a lot of weird things going on under the hood (such as fm/pm amount also affecting level so you can only hear fm/pm signal and never silence unless fm/pm are turned down and other oddities)
the ZIP is attached - have fun stinkin' up the place! for now this is a patreon exclusive, but it will be public shortly after the release of More Adventures along with three others i've developed to help me move the project along:
ambiVAC - a hoover synth with bizarre delay-based feedback oscillator bank (15 oscillators total), filtered noise oscillator, farty-ass bass osc, textural detuned harmonic oscillator bank (4 total), bullshit formant filter and utterly horrifying mono "tape" delay and mono reverb - which can feed back into each other infinitely. undoubtedly the most unique of the bunch. graphics not final.

psykic - a sinewave generator with basic DSR envelope and *three* complex pitch envelopes. has some extra stuff, too, but its primary goal is to generate perfect tupperware-rubberband-laser kicks with a ton of oomph. spoiler: it succeeds.
real animal - a 4 operator PM (yamaha's "FM") synth with a twist: what if it were four super noisy, unstable analog oscillators as the operators? noise, pop, hiss, pitch modulation and instability, pre-and-post resonant multimode filters, and per-voice DAC quantization (mega drive ladder effect fans rejoice)
