really hard to believe this is over 8 years old now.

i intended to include a lightly remastered version of D.FREQ.CRUSH on the second disc of the HALCYONDAZE CD release, but in a fit of "having to fuck every physical release up somehow" i overwrote the remaster with the original version and that was put on instead. i am a god of organization and keeping it together. both it and ИΣVΣRLAИD SØUИDGIRL$ are still on the second disc, at least!

i only discovered this was the case a few days ago - and since then, i've been working on this: an infinitely more in-depth remaster of D.FREQ.CRUSH than i had done in the first place. i've done my best to tighten up this album's super muddy lows and to get all the gunk off the highs so they can shimmer as intended. in several cases, the vocals were extracted from the track (via phase inversion, since i have the vocal tracks seperately) and then added back in for more clarity and presence in the mix.
