rearranged my hardware stuff a bit today and played around. this tune is:

microbrute > behringer mixer > patchulator 8000 > electroharmonix freeze > monoprice flanger > behringer ultra shifter > time space echo delay > ernie earplugs regenerative feedback processor > catalinbread teaser stallion > electroharmonix blurst > biyang tri reverb > nux time core

the lower octave stereo stuff was added in post to flesh it out a bit.

I've always wanted to learn how to create music using the type of effects pedals tools and control surfaces you use, but I've never known where to start. if you could point me in the right direction I'd be greatly appreciative.

i will chime and say visit your local music shops and see if they have any used gear for sale. There is websites that specializes in used gear as well called reverb.com and sweetwater.com. There is always deals going one somewhere. i recently just started my collection of pedals, and i hope to make it bigger very soon.

get a mixer and put stuff in whatever order works for you. that's all there is to it.
