You are so right, that Nina is still not ready, to talk to Ana. If she only come finally to the conclusion, that Eve could possible do it for her. I think, that it would be so easy for Eve aka Nina, to talk to Ana. And finally Nina would not have any reason for such kind of stress relief, after she have faced Ana;-)

As long as nobody forces Nina and Ana too a common pronunciation, Nina would try, to be Eve as long as possible. I think there are different possibilities: First she could freely stay Eve as long, till she really knows after a lot of conversations with Ana, how Ana adhere to Nina. Second Ivory could, possible by "accident", give something away, what Ana let recognise, that Eve is in truth Nina. Third could Ivory locked Ana and Eve together in a stockroom, where Eve can't be recharged and Nina has now no other option, as to let go in Ana's presence her cover as Eve. Anyway I would say, that Ivory regarding human relationships, is, in the last two possibilities, much more sensitive as the human beings Ana and Nina;-)
