Dragonyule Feast Prep (Patreon)

Hello everyone, how have you been?

The next work of this month is finally here. It features Pecorine and Mitsuba preparing food for Dragonyule dinner.

A bit of my thought about this work: This is a really interesting work. During making this work, I found it so hard and tired to control my current smooth brush. So I quit it and get back to my good o' rough brush. The brush is so comfortable and easy to control that it helps me focus more on the tiny details like material and clothes folds. Someone recommended that I should try improving my clothes drawing so this is quite a nice coincidence. Also I found a way to control my lighting and shadow better, as you can notice on Mitsuba's hair. There're some other small changes like working habit and dynamic posing which also helps a lot. I have just successfully done my first character design commercial commission as well so I felt really happy about it ^^
