IOs future subscriptions transparency announcement. (Patreon)

Hello everyone, this is a public announcement.

By now you may be aware of IOs newest brilliant decision to charge patreon 30% for any transaction done from the patreon app from their apple store by November.

Good thing is this does not affect people who are already subscribed, but it may affect people who want to subscribe/re-subscribe in the future, here's the email I got from Patreon explaining the situation:

Even though my work has been doubled over the years, and content/models take longer and are more complicated to make as I gain more experience, I made sure  to always keep the same prices I used from the day I launched this page in 2019. And I want it to remain that way as much as possible.

I will not change the settings and leave it as it is now (default), if you are an Iphone\IOs user, and want to subscribe, I would recommend you to try subscribing on a web browser/computer for a bit to avoid these extra charges, then you will be able to lurk content from any Iphone/IOs normally afterwards anyway. Just doing the subscription transaction from an IOs app would lead to these extra prices. I apologize for the trouble.
