Finish line! (Patreon)

My friends, this project was... well, one of the biggest tanks I've ever painted, and one of the fastest projects at the same time!
Quantity is a quality all its own, or something like that, right? I could make the model more exciting with additional grime effects, or fire damage on the turret as seen in one reference picture, but on the other hand, I'm quite satisfied! It means I can start working on the diorama, and I have a pretty nice idea about it already.
The model took me 7 days to paint and finish. 3 days for the base coat, and 4 days for weathering altogether. My current situation had a big part in it - I have 3 days to film a video, 1 day to edit it, and the remaining 3 days are spent working on my house and doing some modelling during the evenings. I want to have those restorations done before Christmas so life can get back to normal again.
Putting all the weathering into one episode felt more logical than splitting it into two parts, and it was also more time efficient. Because as I said, now I can focus on the diorama!
Have a nice weekend y'all!
