I’m always amazed when I see your work, such inspiration. Hope you don’t mind me posting this, but this is my first time doing distressing using AK heavy chipping. I would appreciate any criticism. https://i.imgur.com/kQbFBw0.jpg

For the tarps why not just use a damp Kleenex and watered down white glue. Kleenex doesn't have the lint issue because they are to be used for blowing noses and stuff like that.I learned that a long time ago , way back in the 80's, I think from Shep Pain's book. I like the concept of resin with the slightly different paper. It just seem like it is over kill when there is an easier cheaper method. I love your modeling though, some of the best in the world, if not the best.

I remember that method very well, it was my first attempt at making tarps when I was much much younger :) Unfortunately, it didn't matter how many layers of Mr. Surfacer you brushed on them, you could still tell from the texture they were just tissue papers. Luckily the methods and mediums have evolved and now we're blessed with epoxy putties, paper shapers, latex gloves, lead foil, the list goes on and on. The tissue paper trick is easy and quick, but it never looked too convincing to me. I quickly switched to rolled epoxy putty after that.
