Hey friends, finally back at the workbench!
This time, I decided to start with a wash to outline every detail and get the model ready for weathering. I want to see what difference will it make switching the pre-dusting and washes. Tomorrow I'll apply some textured earth and the already mentioned predusting, hopefully some oil paints as well!

I again used the wash for german yellow from Ammo, it's really versatile and it pretty much works with almost every color imaginable 😊 It's surprising how long this technique can take, I pretty much spent the entire day doing it! Especially the running gear can take a few hours... maybe I should've just pre-dusted it first, would save me some time 😁

There's one reference photo at the end. There was a brief discussion about white US stars being repainted with olive drab in order to make the tank more stealthy, so here's the reference pic. As you can see, they didn't even give one single damn 😆

The Details have really popped with the wash. I’m liking the painted over stars something different as usual 👍

White stars would probably add a bit more color to the model, but OD stars are at least something less usual :)
