My friends, here's the completed scene ready for painting.

I included more animals from the Mantis Miniatures set - a rat, and a couple of pigeons. The dumpster with the cat had some casting flaws which had to be fixed with Green Stuff, and also the handles were easier to replace from scratch.

The lamp post is from RT Diorama, but it also comes with ceramic insulators! Now that is a nice detail, but where should I draw the electric lines? It looks odd when both ends are suddenly cut mid-air, and lamps are usually powered from them, not from an underground cable. So I made the only choice I could think of - I've cut them off, as if this area of the train yard is completely neglected and off-grid. The post will be braced by a steel rope, but I'll add that once everything is painted. For now, I just made the tensioners with a combination of 3D printing and some tedious wire bending :)

I also printed a bunch of plastic crates from Thingiverse to enhance the messy atmosphere of that corner with the trash bin. Once again, when everything is painted, I might add a bit of random steel junk made from leftover PE :)

The scene is already disassembled and the train is drying from a soapy bath. I'll start with the interior :)

I actually don't remember. I downloaded them years ago when I bought my first 3D printer. But there's plenty of this stuff there for free!
