✏️ Comm Sketches (Patreon)

Figured I’d show these comm sketches for Zencollie before I start work on finishing them up today! First two sketches are the sketches I’ll be finishing.

The halfbody caused me a bit of grief - the last 3 sketches were when I was having a really bad art day and wasn’t doing well overall. My art was stiff and lifeless, and wasn’t coming out how I wanted it to at all. I’d been trying to sketch for coming on 2 hours and wasn’t getting anywhere, so in the end I scrapped all 3 of them and decided to come back to it a couple days later. That’s when I did the back angle half body which wasn’t quite what Zen had in mind, so after that one was rejected I sketched the front facing one which they approved. Took a bit to get there but I’m glad the sketching process is over with 😅
