my brain is oh so tiny. I finished this yesterday evening and just completely forgot to post it raAA 

ANYWAY I figured I’d include a couple wip shots I took of this piece too!! This is a lineless comm I finished up for the always lovely Kai! I always get excited whenever I get to do lineless comms and this one was sO much fun oh man. I’m really proud of how I drew the chip packet specifically I must admit,,,

The second wip might look a bit weird BUT whenever I do lineless comms, o break every individual body part into its own layers which I block in using different colours so I can tell them apart! Each colour is its own later. Once that’s all done I alpha lock all the layer individually and just fill and colour them in from there! To shade I also do a layer above say the tail, set it to clipping mask, make the layer mode multiply and shade! To shade & highlight my lineless pieces I use the default peppermint brush in Procreate 💛 

I also ended up changing the background colour from the flat colour wip since I wasn’t too happy with how the orange looked once I’d shaded the character? It just clashed weirdly to me. I really enjoy how this one came out though :”3
