Were there any "stepping stones" you used to do so? 

For me it was: 

1. Dominance / submission 

2. Roleplaying (kitten / master)

3. Daddy dom /little girl 

4. Stuffed animals 

5. Pacifiers

6. All the other AB/DL stuff

I'd love to hear how you introduced things. Or did you just tell them about AB/DL right away?
