I saw that guy's comments on Alex's CT videos and I would bet money that he is on the spectrum or something similar, based just on my own experiences with an autistic son. And appropriately enough, literally as I was listening to that part of the episode, my son approached me and just started telling me a detailed fact about Mario Maker in a very similar manner to those comments.
