stronger reward for 1$ pledge (Patreon)

looks like this month is still gonna be a bit hectic for me since theres quite a few patreon rewards from previous 2 months i havent finished yet.

but hopefully, either on february or marchs, i can start the idea of each month choosting 1 random patron from the 1$ to 20$ patron tier and give them a full drawing reward so that there is a bigger incentive to pick those.
