How Polls Will Post in the Future (Patreon)

Last month, since I was on vacation, we spread out the monthly polls across several weeks. It made managing them far easier during that time, and served as a chance to experiment with how polls are handled.

I'd like to ask all of you how you'd like polls to be handled in the future by voting down below. Any comments you feel you'd like to leave with regards to polls would also be much appreciated!

I’m not too fussed either way. I do feel like the content of polls may need to be considered though. Soooo often if the “waifu of the week / season” is included, they will always win. And same goes for ssbbw / near immobile sizes too, smaller or average sized fats never ever win when up against these it seems.

I agree about the standard SSBBW size becoming too frequent, but disagree about near immobile sizes becoming too frequent. The reason why I disagree about the latter is because the only times Salt really does them is when they're commissioned (which isn't a common size people go for with him), or when they're sketch suggestions. Salt almost never does that size (or outright immobile) without some sort of obligation tied to it, and I think people recognized that so it became a popular size for the coloring polls.

One thing I think should be considered for polls is a cooldown period for poll winners, like if a character wins a poll, they wouldn't be allowed to be in ANY polls until a certain amount of time passes (I personally suggest a full year's time). I suggest this because I noticed recency bias is pretty strong in your polls.

I mostly would like to see polls open for a little longer. I find that I miss them unless I'm checking in everyday.
