Japan's idol industry is extremely harsh and the idol culture is very toxic. There are negative aspects such as exploitations, unhealthy beauty standards, intense (and toxic) fan culture, cyberbullying, the talents' lack of control of their own lives,... Oshi no ko touches a subject that most people know but don't want to admit it: the dark side of idol showbiz. Fans want to see their idols shining on stage, big corps sell those lies to make big bucks, and the talents are just tools easily replaceable. Looking forward to your next "Oshi no ko" reactions. This'll be hell of a journey
