Content

The past week has been difficult. As some of you might be aware or have noticed, we experienced some major copyright issues that could not be ignored. It started out as six videos getting blocked, then got to nine, then twelve, and that is when I took the hint. My current way of editing these videos wasn't working. If I wanted to keep providing content then I would need to come up with a solution and fast. After weighing all of my options, I decided to pull all of my reactions from YouTube and start fresh, per se.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still making videos and will still be posting to YouTube–just not my Let’s Watches (reactions). However, this begs the question, “Ezret, if you are still doing your reactions then where will you be posting them if not YouTube?” This line of questioning led to my decision to create my first ever website: https://ezret.tv/. I’d be lying if I said it was easy (or cheap), but I won’t bore you with the petty details of the countless hours I spent building it. I wanted the look to be simple, but also nice and straight to the point. Here, you will be able to conveniently find all of my Let’s Watch videos/reactions without tirelessly searching for a specific show, episode, or movie. Each show I will watch will have its own playlist, meaning you won’t have to leave or reload to another page if you want to watch the next episode or movie sequel. A video about all of this will be coming out soon to go into further detail, and I will also be showcasing the website to show it's functionality as well.

Now, where does this leave my YouTube channel? How will you know if I update the website and release a new episode? Well, I will still be posting each episode’s introduction recap and discussion as well as providing a link to the website so you can go straight there to watch the episode with me. Admittedly, I was a little daunted with taking this direction away from YouTube, but it needed to be done. However, this does give a chance to format my videos the way I want to.

For people who enjoy watching the YouTube versions, this just got a whole lot better for you! For all edited reactions, all videos have regained 100% Opacity and the episode audio has also been raised to a more audible level that will not require headphones to easily hear what’s being said.

For Patrons who prefer to watch the full-length episodes, things just got a whole lot better for you too! Ezret.TV is fully integrated with Patreon, which means you can easily connect your Patreon account to the episode with a click of a button. To do this, just simply click on any of the “Full-Length Episodes” options for any show/movie. There, it will prompt you to click a single button that says “Unlock With Patreon”. Once you do that, just click “Allow” and you will be redirected to the Patreon-exclusive content.

I thank you all for your patience. With the site now being completed and all of my videos being restored, I plan on now proceeding with working on all of the content that I had originally been working on.

Thanks,

-Ezret
