Shine page 502 (Patreon)

This is essentially my parents in a nutshell.  its weird that these pages make me feel quite panicky. I think its being in that hospital setting. I can smell the place and just feel really claustrophobic about this whole scene.  A trappedness.  Its been quite interesting to experience and kinda unsettling.  Whats weirder is I didnt get the same feeling when drawing the various hospital scenes in Found. So I dunno what it is here that's hitting me differently, perhaps its cause its closer to real experience rather than what Gem went through in Found. (speaking of which will be returning soon)
