Gosh this is going to be so much fun.  It's weird this whole thread of the comic has been written since 2013 so to finally get to it feels kinda surreal.

That fucking clever! He told everyone the truth but at the same time didn't tell everyone the truth as people just thought Star is volunteering for some charity thing for one day. Marellis is one evil genius and once Star friends learn of this, Marellis is done.

So basically he clipped her image out of the video or used a picture he took and put it on the charity page - essentially outing star without outing her. I mean it means that she had dressed that way before. And to do so before the charity.

Recording others without consent, blackmail, physical harassment, and now advertising Star like this without her consent? Say nothing of what happens when the upper brass is informed of what you've done. I'm more concerned what will happen when Martin and Manda get wind of this.

Yes, I’d die too if this would happen to me, BUT... I’m still hoping for a better outcome then just “killing” Marellis. He deserves a lot of time in the corner for this, that’s for sure! I believe in you Star!

Am I the only one that is almost relieved by this turn of events? Don't get me wrong, I feel bad for Star being outed but not outed, her private interests aside this would be a tough one to live down even for a good cause, but Marellis has blown his own plausible deniability to all this. The excuse of "you can't prove I took the video" doesn't even matter anymore.

Granted it's a fictional story, but continuing down that line of thinking one could argue even if Star was 100% consenting the idea is beneath the dignity of their service. Even with everything on the up and up "base baby" is like drunk college frat/sorority party energy, not professional armed services.
