It's official (unofficially cuz who am I to say) physical midnight launch lines and get-togethers are dead. What was the last game you guys waited in line for/went up to your local GameStop just to chat up the guy working the counter because you were so excited about it. Who knows, maybe you just wanted some sweet sweet physical edition goodies ie. Skyrim map or Witcher 3 Wolf pendant? Mine was GTA 5 and just before midnight people started chanting "G-T-A, G-T-A". Good times.

I've been trying to decide how I feel about Nintendo adding DLC to their online expansion pack. Thinking only about the Mario kart DLC, with 8 people on my family plan, it's probably the better deal to sign up right? Maybe I just don't like subscription services. How do you all feel about this proposition? If you're still on the fence about it from a consumer's perspective, is there a DLC announcement that would tip you over the edge?

Talking about gliders and whatnot got me thinking: what is your favorite method of travel in a game? Horse? Motorcycle? Glider? What say you!?

In the Yoshi’s Island games, there is a cactus enemy (Pokeys) who bounce a baby cactus on their head. If you steal and eat them, the Pokey withers and looks devastated. It is heartbreaking and made me start avoiding combat with them. What is an underrated animation you love?

Hello cohorts! I was wondering, which do you all value more, rushing to finish new games ASAP to participate in the launch discussions, or taking your time to play a game on your own terms at the risk of not having a take when the discussion is at its peak? Sometimes I sympathize with game reviewers when they subtly drop hints that they mainlined a game and didn't get to do a lot of side content, but if the launch conversation is engaging and interesting, maybe it's worth it!

Despite Bioshock being my favorite video game, the Netflix adaption has me very nervous due to their track record with pre existing properties. That being said, what video game would YOU trust Netflix to be able to pull off?

Hey gang! (Gang ,gang) When do you do side quests in video games.? I try my darnedest to get them done as im playing so i have everything i want/ need going into the final boss/ end of the game. But it never works out that way and i always mean to go back and finish them but in my mind i finished the game so whats the point.

Greetings MinnMax crew, A news story was posted today about a promotion for Horizon Forbidden West. Sony will be planting a tree for each person who gets a particular trophy by the deadline. This is a strange, but cool promotion. What is the strangest/coolest promotion you can think of that has been done for a game in the past?
