Welcome back Kelsey! With the recent rumors of Gameboy and Gameboy Color games potentially coming to Switch Online, it got me thinking about what I consider "retro". Personally, I think Gameboy and Gameboy Color games are "retro", but Gameboy Advance onward are not. I don't have a real reason for it though, just a gut feeling. Where would you draw the line at "retro"? With Kelsey's background, is there a specific definition for what is "retro" and similar descriptions? Do you find anecdotally that people tend to refer to the same time period as retro, or it differs per person? Thanks as always for the great show! -Stephen

Hi Minnmax! Picture this, you have just moved into a new home that has an extra room that won't be used. You decide to make this your gaming/movie room. Once everything has been set up, you realise that the walls have space for 4 posters. Which game/movie posters do you choose to go up on the walls? Do you just pick your favourite game/movies? Or do you go for a unified genre theme?

A co worker asked me an interesting question that I wanted to share with you. If you could choose a single console from any company be it Microsoft, Nintendo, PlayStation or otherwise, for the next virtual console. Which would you choose? Myself I have been wishing there was an easy way to play a lot of ps1 games on modern consoles, though the 64 is a close second. Also shout out to the MinnMax anime discord group, you all rock.

Hey, Minnmaxers! When the Switch OLED was announced, I was a little surprised. While I didn't expect 4K visuals, I did think we'd get a lot more form factor improvements. The kickstand looks nice, and was on my "Switch Pro wishlist," but ultimately is not enough to make me trade up. One of the key improvements I expected was Bluetooth audio. But as of yesterday, now my vanilla Switch has that feature! Now I'm even less likely to grab an OLED model. Do you think that this firmware update will impact the sales of the OLED this holiday season? Also, with the exception of OS themes/skins (which still feels like it probably won't even happen at this point), what other things do you think we can/will get via firmware updates? Surely nothing better than Bluetooth right?

Hey gang! Since Kelsey is here, 2 quick questions: 1. What is the rarest item a customer has brought in? 2. (For everyone) What game that you sold/traded is your biggest regret? Mine are Lunar 1 and 2 for PS1

Youre going on a hunting trip with your friends. You, however, are uncomfortable with hunting animals and need to keep your friends occupied. What console are you bringing and what's your attack plan? (The cabin has wifi)

Hey CLCs, What is a moment in gaming that had such a large impact that you will never forget the exact moment it happened? For me, it was finally playing Kingdom Hearts III. As a Kingdom Hearts superfan, waiting 12 years to play an official numbered KH game was surreal. Booting up the game for the first time brought me back to 2002 when I was in first grade playing the original Kingdom Hearts. Best, Sean M

How do you go about buying your games? Are you a digital or physical kinda person? Do you budget for your game spending, or do you buy something when it piques your interest? Keep up the great work folks!

Hey CLCs! Let’s play “Choose Who do the Switcheroo!” If you could switch game and protagonist, which switcheroo would you prefer? 1. Nathan Drake in Super Mario bros 2 or Mario in Uncharted 2? 2. Arthur Morgan in FF7 or Cloud in Red Redemption 2? 3. Max Payne in Resident Evil 4 or Leon Kennedy in Max Payne? 4. Phoenix Wright in Metal Gear Solid or Snake in Phoenix Wright?

Hi Gang and Hi Kelsey! With all these older games being auctioned for hundreds of thousands of dollars, how does this impact historical preservation? Since these rare items are purchased by private buyers, are you worried that these items will be forever lost to history? Thanks, Dan

Hello! When you already know a game exists, what is your favorite kind of preview for it? Do you want staright up gameplay with the HUD and menus? Do you want a CG trailer to preserve gameplay surprises? Do you prefer to read previews and avoid video altogether? Take care!
