Hey CLCs, With the recent news about PlayStation consolidating and being "safe" with there future projects. do you think this pushes talent away from Sony, towards more indie or third party projects?

Hey guys. I’m having a dinner party. What do I need to put on the charcuterie board to get you to come?

Hey Cohorts, I’ve got about an hour left in the (awesome) PopCap documentary, so I’m sorry if this comes up, but do any of you all know about the Plants versus Zombies theme park ride? Carowinds in Charlotte North Carolina has a 3D shooting game that’s a little like Disney’s Midway Mania, except you’re divided into two teams on one giant screen. You can read all about it here: https://www.carowinds.com/rides-experiences/plants-vs-zombies-garden-warfare-3z-arena Listening to the documentary got me thinking about that ride for the first time in years, and it also inspired this question: if you could base a single theme park attraction after one game, what would it be and what would it look like? I feel like a Rocket League ride could be fun. Get two teams of four in a room with a giant screen where everyone has their own car that moves and rumbles when it hits other cars, the ball, or uses boost. Thanks for all you guys do, and long live house hunter rise!

Howdy cohorts! For some reason I was thinking about the old "where y'all sitting" meme where you walk into a cafeteria and have to choose a table to join and I thought "why not make MinnMax do this with Smash characters?" So here are a list of tables that consist of at least one cool kid and one loser from the Smash roster, and you have to choose where you would sit. - Table 1: Captain Falcon, Shirtless Shulk, and Bowser - Table 2: Joker, Wario, and Jigglypuff - Table 3: Isabelle, Sonic, and Sephiroth - Table 4: Snake, Cloud, and Daisy

Hello, MinnMaximoffs! I bought Bloodborne when I first got my PS4 in 2016, but I didn't play it for the first time until four years later... and I freaking loved it! I bought and finished the DLC and platinumed the game within a month of starting it and was kicking myself for not starting it sooner. It may be too soon to rank, but I could easily see this being in my top 10 games of all time. So two part question: 1) for any of your favorite games, did you sit on them for a long time before starting them? 2) what game do you currently own that you think may be a favorite if you just picked the dang game up already?

Hello cohorts! What’s the most unusual way you’ve overcome a challenge in a video game? For example, I beat ruby weapon in FFVII by focusing attacks on its tentacles behind me, thinking I could chip away damage safely. Instead, I ran it out of mp, which let me dual summon Knights of the Round with no fear of an Ultima counter.

What video game genre is the “peanut butter” genre? Aka what genre goes with everything?

Justin Dale

Cutting it close probably for this week. Have you ever been talked out of a game and look back on it now and remember it for the better or worse? Context: I remember a birthday where my parents took me to pick out any video game I wanted. Snes was still at its height and I know just the one. We went in the store and I pointed to Earthbound in its big box with the strategy guide. My mother made me double guess myself and I thought about it. I ended up walking out that day with Killer Instinct. (Still one of my fav fighting games and I still have the CD soundtrack it came with)

Justin Dale

I have feeling about missing out on Earthbound as a kid... but Killer Instinct was BA.
