In this MinnMax interview, Ben Hanson talks to Tim Longo about his career in the game industry from working on LucasArts games like Star Wars: Republic Commando to his work as the creative director for Halo Infinite with 343 Industries. Based on his time as creative director for Tomb Raider 2013 at Crystal Dynamics, we talk about the challenges of rebooting a beloved series and how far you can push a formula fans love. We also talk about the Dev Game Club podcast, Longo's side project with developer Brett Douville where they play through classic games together in a format similar to The Deepest Dive.
