MinnMax's Ana Diaz interviews KKClue about his passion for modding Animal Crossing: New Horizons. He explains how modding is the perfect gateway to game design, what he's learned from messing around with Animal Crossing's code, the history of modding Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and why people are so into his video where Isabelle falls down and nobody helps her get back up.

This is the first episode of Refreshed that I have listened to, and I really enjoyed it. I'll have to go back and watch the older episodes now. I must admit that the pitch of the show didn't grab me - I tend to keep away from social media, pop culture, and what I thought the show was about. This episode indeed covered that general subject matter, but I liked it! It was done well, was entertaining, informative, and Ana is a great host! She seemed to be a natural at interviewing, in that she was calm with a good energy, had the trust of the interviewee, and free-wheeled interesting questions as they came up (I think - some did not seem prepared, and it flowed well). She asked the questions I was thinking of. At any rate, I just wanted to say that after finally watching Refreshed I was pleasantly surprised to find the show up my alley, and want others that may have had the same initial impression to also watch. Thanks for making MinnMax for us to enjoy! n_n

This was a really fun listen! I had no idea the AC switch modding scene had gotten to this point and ended up spending the slow work day afternoon watching the guest’s YouTube videos
