Sorry to bring up a old question. But.... removing any historical significance, I think Chrono Trigger might still make the top 100 games. It's still a blast to play and can easily invoke a since of wonder even for those who have never played it before. So what do you guys think? Would Chrono Trigger make the top 100 games still, when you remove historical significance?

Hallo. How do you think the gaming world would look today if the Playstation and the Super Nintendo actually merged in the 90's? Do you think Nintendo would just swallow them whole or do you think games like Ratchet and Clank and God of War would ever be released? Answer me. Now. PS: Banjo-Kazooie is better than the masterpiece that is Super Mario 64.

Do you have an unofficial soundtrack for a game or mini-game? I used to play Green Day's Dookie on repeat while playing Super Mario RPG on my SNES, so every time I listen to that album I am magically whisked back to my room with my sweet boom-box and 14" TV. More recently, I fell in love with the fishing mini-game in Final Fantasy XV, and I was on a major AFI kick, so now every time I hear the Blood Album I think about hangin' with the Noctis and the boys.

Hey MinnMax, I was driving home after work this past Tuesday and noticed a white piece of paper fly off my windshield. It didn't look like a ticket, and I could have turned around relatively easily. Still, I felt compelled to stop to see what it was, but instead I kept driving. My question is: Would you have gone back? Help me, Cohorts. Help me find closure.

Just caught up with the past few weeks of podcasts and was surprised to hear that not even Ben mentioned Mega Man Legends 3 during the "Games We Want to Exist" segment. My question is this - does anyone think a legacy collection for the Legends games similar to the others Capcom has released for other Mega Man series would do well and drum up excitement for a revival of the 3rd game, or are they too antiquated for new fans who didn't play them back in the early days of 3D gaming?

Hello cohorts! What do you think is the single greatest moment in cinema history? For my vote, I have to say the part of Interstellar where Matthew McConaughey has to dock his ship on the Endurance while it's spinning out of control. The entire scene has me on the edge of my seat every time, even after probably a dozen viewings.

Hello Cohorts! There is just not enough Monster Hunter talk on this podcast! We just got a full trailer for it this morning (Wednesday), and it continues to look... not great! That said, I still really want to see it. Has there been anything you've thought didn't look amazing but still wanted to experience, game or otherwise? Thanks, Nick from Atlanta

A few weeks ago you played the sound from 1942. My cousins and I used it as a knock to identify ourselves, and its super annoying if we used the doorbell. I still find myself playing that little tune and i think it will be with me forever. Is there a sound or tune that you think about weekly?

What do you think will be the most common criticism of cyberpunk? I have this sneaking suspicion that people will be hung up on the first person view. Don’t get me wrong, I’m extremely excited for the game and have already preordered it. However, the first person view and the combat that goes along with it makes me a tiny bit nervous. Thanks and all the best!

Hiya Ben & Friends, Watching the MinnMax Show has given me a lot of laughs during a rather humorless time (thank you, by the way!), so I thought I'd ask-- who has the best / most infectious laugh at MinnMax? Coming from the GI Show, I always thought Kyle had a wildly infectious laugh that would send me into fits even if the source of it wasn't all that funny to me, and Ben's more unbridled cackle is also highly enjoyable, though more rare in comparison. The less said about Joe Juba's guffaw, the better. (It's great though.) Lately however, I've found Ana's chortle-adjacent laugh to regularly inspire a similar reaction out of me, as it has a kind of unrestrained, almost childlike joy to it that is hard to deny, no matter how stoic I might feel in the moment. What are some of your favorite laughs?
