Lovely episode! Some feedback for you, Hanson: sometimes it feels like you ask a question during minnbox and then you don't allow enough time for more than one cohort to chime in. I realize you want to keep the show moving and that not everyone will have input on every question, but given the brief delay caused by remote call-ins and the awkwardness of accidentally interrupting or talking over someone, I feel as though you should wait just a bit longer before moving on to the next question to give more cohorts a chance to voice their opinions. Especially when you have a guest during that segment that may not have the same rapport with you as the usual suspects do. Kyle and Suriel usually don't mind talking over you, but I noticed a string of like 4 questions in a row where Ana didn't say a word, and it's not just her. In previous weeks there have been times where I've forgotten Jeffm was present because he didn't talk for like 15 minutes straight. It's totally fine if they don't have anything to say, but I would feel better about it as a listener if you left like a fraction of a second of silence or prompted "anyone else?" or something before moving on.

I prefer the previous intro song. I know you were wondering what I thought.

I’ve noticed this also. I’m sure getting through as many community questions as possible is a priority. That’s gotta be a tough dilemma.

Jake Z

Spiderman was a second-party game because it was a third-party exclusive, but now its first party because Sony owns Insomniac, with the asterisk that they don't own the IP.

I always loved going to the museums in the Ratchet and Clank games. I wish all games did stuff like that

Liking the Valorant coverage. Was lucky with the beta code. Having a bunch of fun. I've found the community of players so far, have been helpful. I also think you can ping (I've seen a streamer do it, but no idea how), but agree its no where near as nice as Apex pinging.

Woodman

Spider-man as a multimedia IP is owned by Sony, not Marvel. Marvel owns comic book rights for Spider-man, but not for film or video games. Sony purchased the rights in 1998 and owns them as long as they make a film every 5 years. If they fail to do this, as almost happened prior to the Andrew Garfield reboot, they will revert back to Marvel (Disney).
