Adjustment on Patreon rewards (Patreon)

Hello, it's Kul her!

I must say a huge thanks for all of you! The developing of Notes of Hearts is going well and the scale of this project got bigger then I ever could imagine done by myself!

As we are getting more familial with Patreon, I'm did some small adjustment on Patreon rewards.

This is for the better usage on our resource, in hope of making the development of this game more smooth and effective. And on top of that, overall more stuffs for all supporters.
