Affinity Photo: Impact Effect (Patreon)

Here's how I create the effect I used in the previous comic, though for this one, I've scaled back the filter quite a bit.

I'm sure the overall idea can be done in Adobe Photoshop, Pixelmator or Gimp.

Note: it has to be a 720p to keep the file size down.  I also used the keyboard viewer so that keystrokes could be seen.
