A little experiment: trying to create decent looking animation for dialogue scenes with minimal time spent.

I used Poser's lip sync feature, threw in an off the shelf pose, and added a few (like 4) spline (green) keys to the chest to do this. The audio is from WaverCD's audio TF called "A Warrior's Welcome"  (which is quite lovely btw, I highly recommend you check it out). The character is Princess Brillana.

I'm toying with the idea of using this technique to do more of that campfire scene, and maybe doing some static renders for the later transformation sequences. There's a possibility of this becoming a collaborative effort to produce quick, low-fi visuals for longer scenes, which is something I've been interested in.

The shorter hi-fi animations I do for my videos can be draining, and I only get a minute or two out of them. If I want to seriously tell more story, I'm going to need methods like this to do it.

I find the 1b better sync' than 1a. But that look very promising :)

Huh, they are actually the same sync (or should be). But i think i like 1b better anyway
