Christmas 2020: The Cheating Claus (Patreon)

Edit: Fixed the first Claus bubble on page 5, it was cut off before.

More Happy Holidays! Another Christmas themed comic, this one suggested by patron Cole. This idea was the clear winner, which was a little surprising to me (I thought elf body invasion or spirit of xmas past would win), but I suppose referencing a popular past work is a good way to entice the voters.

"Mrs. Claus suspects that Santa has been up to something with all that time he spends in his new workshop, so she follows him to get to the bottom of it. Inside, she does find a 'toy', but not the kind that the elves make..."

I didn't intend to put this many pages into it, but I found I couldn't adequately tell the story without them. I also had all the poses handy, since they are literally borrowed from the Tomb of Qetesh scene. I just replaced Lara with the cheating woman and Qetesh with Mrs Claus.

The post work involved some techniques I haven't used in awhile, specifically double-rendering and layering (2 different textures for the cheating woman), and smudge tool for layer blending (between Mrs Claus and the end texture).
