how comes none of the function keys light up on the razer black widow

Hi Alex, I have the Blackwidow Elite original and I have no lighting on the function keys from the F1 key, all the way to the dials at the end. Also, the following keys are not lit: 1, 4, *, - top row keys for these Q, pg dn caps left shift, X, (123 num pad) win key, left key, right key, period key (.) I also Have the Razer Tartarus Pro and only the dial (wheel) is working. I can send you an email with a screenshot if this helps you pal. Sorry for the hassle in advance and great work with all the profiles.

Unfortunately, there is nothing i can do to fix this issue. I don’t have the ability to connect some of the older Razer hardware, Tartarus pro is 2019, and Blackwidow Elite is also 2018-2019. They for some reason are slightly different than the latest hardware. I already have so many devices connected to my PC that Synapse crashes, I prioritized the more recent hardware to alleviate load.

also having missing keys on just my blackwidow v3 its weirdly specific too like q 1 4 entire top row 123 on the ten key and arrows left right and pgdn
