I went back and forth about whether to show an explicit cause of change or to keep it vague. Ultimately I chose to keep it vague.

i think a fun idea for the very last page would be for a fully-bimbofied Trisha to be shadowed by a thin and uncomfortable girl, basically as an echo of the very first page, and an implication that the cycle is continuing ;)
