There was something so nice about the song on my first listen of SWM that drew me in to continue listening. I found out how addicted I was this past weekend when I was out of town and bunking with a friend who likes “brown noise”-ugh. Encouragement to you Scoots, you make a big difference in our lives. I first found your podcast about 8 years ago (2016/17) I think when I had had a severe concussion. I recorded the episode and listened to it 1-2 times a night almost every night for about 3 years until I changed my phone and lost the recording. I am happy to have found all this new material but would love to find the first podcast I listened to... You’d think I’d know it off by heart! The phrase that I can recall is “ dot your Ps and cross your Is”
